BRUSCHETTA "BRIANZOLA"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- "La saporita" cheese cream (COD. 03202).
- Toast the bruschetta bread halfway and cover it with a layer of cheese cream.
- Fill it with the "La saporita" cheese cream, some slices of fresh tomato, bacon and a pinch of pepper.
- Complete the cooking and serve it.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
