BRUSCHETTA "CARCIOFOTTA"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- Sliced sauteed artichokes (COD. 01213),
- Artichokes cream (COD. 03204).
- Grill the slices of bread and cover them with a thin layer of cheese cream.
- Proceed evenly spreading 2-3 tablespoons cream of artichokes and add the sliced artichokes.
- Complete the cooking and fill the bruschetta with a few slices of ham.
- Finally garnish with a few leaves of parsley and serve it.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
