BRUSCHETTA "CLASSICA"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- "O sole mio" semidry tomatoes (COD. 01015),
- "Rocca del Colle" e.v.o. oil (COD. 02201).
- Cube the semidry tomatoes until you obtain diced. Toast the slice of bread and spread a layer of chopped tomatoes over it.
- Drizzle with some drops of e.v.o. oil, sprinkle it with oregano
- Finally garnish it with fresh basil leaves.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
