BRUSCHETTA "CONTADINA"

Ginos products necessary for the preparation:
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- Tuna cream (COD. 03228),
- White beans (COD. 01318).

  1. Grill the bread halfway and cover it with a fine layer of cheese cream.
  2. Stuff itby adding 2-3 spoonfuls of tuna cream, mozzarella and white beans.
  3. Complete it adding the raw onion rings, a pinch of pepper and serve it.

PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
