BRUSCHETTA "DELICATA"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- Artichokes cream (COD. 03216),
- Black olives rings (COD. 01308).
- Brown the bruschetta without finish cooking and spread a thin layer of cheese cream. Pour 2-3 spoonfuls of artichokes cream, making sure to cover the entire surface.
- Stuff it with brie cheese and black olives and finish cooking.
- Garnish it with a slice of bresaola, sprinkle it with minced parsley and serve.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
