BRUSCHETTA "DOLOMITICA"

Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- Porcini mushrooms cream (COD. 03208),
- Sauteed mixed mushrooms  (COD. 08042).

  1. Roast the bread until half-cooked and spread a thin layer of cheese cream. Pour 2-3 spoonfuls of Porcini cream and distribute it evenly over the entire surface.
  2. Stuff it with sautéed mixed mushrooms and complete cooking.
  3. Once cooked, add some slices of Parma ham and Parmesan cheese and serve it.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
