BRUSCHETTA "DOLOMITICA"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- Porcini mushrooms cream (COD. 03208),
- Sauteed mixed mushrooms (COD. 08042).
- Roast the bread until half-cooked and spread a thin layer of cheese cream. Pour 2-3 spoonfuls of Porcini cream and distribute it evenly over the entire surface.
- Stuff it with sautéed mixed mushrooms and complete cooking.
- Once cooked, add some slices of Parma ham and Parmesan cheese and serve it.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
