BRUSCHETTA "GITANA"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- Artichokes cream (COD. 03204),
- Yellowfin tuna in olive oil (COD. 05021),
- "Capriccio alla zingara" mix of vegetable (COD. 01334).
- Grill the bread slices without complete the cooking and spread the cheese cream creating a thin layer.
- Distribute the cream of artichokes evenly and fill it with mozzarella, tuna and "capriccio alla zingara".
- Finally complete the cooking and serve it.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
