BRUSCHETTA "GOLOSA"

Ginos products neede for the preparation:
- Walnuts cream (COD. 03214),

- "La Saporita" cheese cream (COD. 03202).


  1. Toast the bread until it's half-cooked and spread a thin layer of "La Saporita" cheese cream.
  2. Addsome walnuts cream and complete the cooking.
  3. Fill it by adding a few slices of bacon and garnish with walnuts and a parsley leaf.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
