BRUSCHETTA "NORDICA"

Ginos products neede for the preparation:
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- Salmon cream (COD. 03211),
- Artic shrimps (COD. 05005).


  1. Grill the slices of bread without complete cooking and cover it with a fine layer of cheese cream.
  2. Fill it with salmon cream, shrimps, Arugula and "ricotta" cheese.
  3. Complete the cooking and serve it.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
