BRUSCHETTA "O SOLE MIO"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- "La Tremenda" spicy cream (COD. 03227),
- "Top Quality" anchovies fillets (COD. 05015),
- Pitted green olives (COD. 01309),
- Pitted black olives (COD. 01306).
- Brown the bruschetta halfway and cover it with a thin layer of cheese cream.
- Fill with spicy cream, diced tomato, mozzarella and olives.
- Complete the cooking and add the anchovy fillets before serving.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
