BRUSCHETTA "PASQUALINA"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- Asparagus cream (COD. 03203),
- Green asparagus (COD. 01304).
- Grill the slices of bread without finish the cooking and spread the cream cheesein order to create a thin layer. Add 2-3 spoonfuls of asparagus cream taking care to carefully spread them over the entire surface.
- Fill them with heads of green asparagus and slices of hard-boiled eggs.
- Complete the cooking, decorate with some Parmesan Cheese and serve.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
