BRUSCHETTA "PIEMONTESE"
Ginos products needed fo the preparation:
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- "Peperondolce" sweet peppers fillets (COD. 01102),
- Anchovies fillets (COD. 05019).
- Grill the slices of bread without finish the cooking and spread a thin layer of cheese cream on them.
- Fill the bruschettas with grilled peppers and mozzarella and complete the cooking.
- Once cooked, add the anchovies fillets and garnish with few leaves of parsley.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
