BRUSCHETTA "PIEMONTESE"

Ginos products needed fo the preparation:
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- "Peperondolce" sweet peppers fillets (COD. 01102),
- Anchovies fillets (COD. 05019).


  1. Grill the slices of bread without finish the cooking and spread a thin layer of cheese cream on them.
  2. Fill the bruschettas with grilled peppers and mozzarella and complete the cooking.
  3. Once cooked, add the anchovies fillets and garnish with few leaves of parsley.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
