BRUSCHETTA "TEX WILLER"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- "La Saporita" cheese cream (COD. 03202),
- "Alla cacciatora" beans (COD. 01209).
- Toast the bruschetta halfway and spread a thin layer of "La Saporita" cheese cream with gorgonzola on it.
- Fill it with "alla cacciatora" beans, lard and a pinch of pepper.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
