BRUSCHETTA "TIROLESE"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Cooked and seasoned sauerkraut (COD. 01206),
- Mustard (COD. 03239).
- Partially toast the slices of bread and spread a thin layer of mustard on them.
- Fill with some slices of wurst on a bed of sauerkraut.
- Garnish the bruschetta with leek slices and serve it.
