BRUSCHETTA "TREVISANA"

Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Red chicory cream (COD. 03205),
- "La Saporita" cheese cream (COD. 03202).


  1. Grill the bruschetta halfway and spread it with a thin layer of "La Saporita" cheese cream.
  2. Evenly distribute 2-3 spoonfuls of red chicory cream and fill it with some cubes of mozzarella and slices of Prague ham.
  3. Complete the cooking and serve.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
