BRUSCHETTA "TRICOLORE"

Ginos products needed for the preparation,
- Pesto sauce (COD. 03213),
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- "O sole mio" semidry tomatoes (COD. 01015).

  1. Partially broilsome bread and cover it with a thin layer of cheese cream.
  2. Pour a couple of spoonfuls of pesto sauce and spread it evenly.
  3. Fill the bruschetta adding semidry tomatoes and "stracchino" cheese.
  4. Complete the cooking and decorate it with pine nuts and fresh basil leaves.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
