BRUSCHETTA "TRICOLORE"
Ginos products needed for the preparation,
- Pesto sauce (COD. 03213),
- Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- "O sole mio" semidry tomatoes (COD. 01015).
- Partially broilsome bread and cover it with a thin layer of cheese cream.
- Pour a couple of spoonfuls of pesto sauce and spread it evenly.
- Fill the bruschetta adding semidry tomatoes and "stracchino" cheese.
- Complete the cooking and decorate it with pine nuts and fresh basil leaves.
PS: the thin layer of cream cheese is used to prevent the bread absorb liquids and to make it more palatable.
