Luce cake
Ingredients for 10 portions:
- 100 g minced hazelnuts,
- 1 Ginos “honey tasting chestnuts” tin (COD. 09001),
- 3 eggs,
- 1 teaspoon of baking.
- Drain to half the honey-tasting chestnuts.
- Put the eggs, the hazelnuts, the chestnuts and the remaining preserving liquid in a cooking cutter and whisk it until you reach an homogeneous texture.
- Place the mixture in some moulds or in a cake pan and bake it at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Simple, genuine, excellent but especially ideal for a gluten-free diet.
