Ingredients for 65 flutes of 90 ml each:
− 1 package of lemon sorbet Ginos (COD. 09401),
− 1 tin of “Raspberries Mangiatutto” Ginos (COD. 09031),
− 500 ml partly skimmed milk,
− 1,5 lt water,
− 300 ml vodka.
Open a “Raspberry Mangiatutto” tin and whisk the product with an immersion blender.
Melt the preparation for sorbet with ½ liter of partly skimmed milk and 1,5 liter of water in a mixing bowl.
Pour the mixture in the sorbetière adding the whipped raspberries.
Let it apart for one hour and then add 300 ml of vodka.
Serve it in flutes or small cups and garnish with a fresh raspberry and some mint leaves.
