Caprese Appetizer

Ingredients:
- 1 tin of Ginos "O Sole Mio" semidry tomatoes (COD. 01015),
- 1 jar of Ginos pesto (COD. 03213),
- 250 g of buffalo Stracciatella cheese,
- Fresh basil leaves at taste.


  1. Open and drain a tin of "O sole mio" semidry tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
  2. Pour some pesto sauce at the bottom of each finger cup and lay the tomatoes quarters down on it.
  3. Finally add some Stracciatella cheese and garnish with some fresh basil leaves.
