Caprese Appetizer
Ingredients:
- 1 tin of Ginos "O Sole Mio" semidry tomatoes (COD. 01015),
- 1 jar of Ginos pesto (COD. 03213),
- 250 g of buffalo Stracciatella cheese,
- Fresh basil leaves at taste.
- Open and drain a tin of "O sole mio" semidry tomatoes and cut them into quarters.
- Pour some pesto sauce at the bottom of each finger cup and lay the tomatoes quarters down on it.
- Finally add some Stracciatella cheese and garnish with some fresh basil leaves.
