Ingredients for 2 portions:
- 1 tin of Ginos "Piccolissimi" artichokes (COD. 01038),
- 200 g of Parmesan cheese,
- 1 bag of spinach leaves,
- Raisin to taste.
Open and drain a tin of "Piccolissimi" baby artichokes.
Put some artichokes on a cutting board and cut them into quarters.
Cut the spinach leaves into thin stripes, season them with some oil and a pinch of salt.
Separately, rehydrate the raisin with some brandy, wring it out and let it dry.
Compose the appetizer in this way:
1. Pour the spinach salad in a cup, add the artichokes quarters, the raisin and the Parmesan cheese slivers.
Finally arrange a whole baby artichoke in each cup.
2. Complete it with some oil drops.
