Ingredients:
- 1 tin of Ginos "O sole mio" semidry tomatoes,
- 1 jar of Ginos pesto,
- 250 g of ricotta,
- Baby buffalo mozzarellas at taste,
- Fresh basil at taste.
- Open and drain a tin of Ginos "O sole mio" semidry tomatoes and cut them into halves.
- Separately, pour 3-4 spoonfuls of pesto in a bowl and add the ricotta cheese.
- Blen them together unitil you obtain an homogeneous mixture and pour a little quantity at the bottom of each finger cup.
- Lay the "O sole mio" quarters down on it, add one or two baby buffalo mozzarellas and some drops of pesto.
- Finally garnish with some fresh basil leaves.
