Langhe's Cherries

Ingredients for 10 portions:
- 10  Ginos chili peppers stuffed with cheese (COD. 01027),
- 10 Ginos caper fruits (COD. 99019).


  1. Open and drain a tin of chili peppers filled with cheese.

  2. Open and drain a glass jar of caper fruits.

  3. Carefully insert a caper fruit inside each chili pepper paying attention not to wreck it.

  4. If you serve it as an entrée, garnish it with parsley; otherwise serve it with some drops of extra virgin olive oil if in buffets.
