Ingredients for 3 appetizers:
- 1 tin of Ginos artichokes cream (COD. 03204),
- 1 tin of Ginos "O' Sole Mio" semidry tomatoes (COD. 01015),
- 250 g of bechamel,
- 1 hard-boiled egg,
- Parsley and Parmesan cheese at taste.
Open and drain a tin of "O' sole mio" semidry tomatoes and cut each tomato in quarters.
Separately, blend the artichokes cream, the bechamel and the egg with a mixer.
Add a pinch of salt.
Compose the appetizer in this way:
1. Pour the cream you obtained in 3 cups and add the "O sole mio" cubes.
2. Garnish it with some fresh parsley leaves and some Parmesan cheese slivers.
