Ingredients for 2 portions:
- 1 tin of Ginos Friarielli in oil (COD. 01230),
- 1 tin of Ginos anchovies fillets on olive oil (COD. 05006),
- 1 tin of Ginos tomato sauce with olive oil (COD. 03001),
- 1 wholemeal bread.
Open and drain a tin of Friarielli in oil.
Open and drain a tin of anchovies fillets in olive oil.
Cut the bread into thin slices (1cm) and bend each slice in order to obtain two triangles of bread.
Compose the appetizer in this way:
1. Spread the tomato sauce on each traingle.
2. Add some friarielli on it and complete it with two anchovies fillets.
3. Finally season it with some oil drops and serve them warm.
