Artichokes au gratin

Ingredients for 12 portions:
- 400 g Ginos artichoke cream (COD. 03204),
- 500 g semolina pasta,
- 1 l béchamel,
- 50 g Parmesan cheese,
- 200 g ham pieces,
- Curly parsley.


  1. Cook the semolina pasta in a pan full of water for just half the minutes suggested on the package.
  2. Pour a layer of béchamel on the bottom of a pyrex dish or baking tray.
  3. Blend the remaining béchamel with the artichokes cream and mix it to the pasta and the ham pieces.
  4. Pour it on a plate, sprinkle it with Parmesan cheese and bake it for 180°C for 25 minutes.
  5. Once cooked, pull it out of the oven and let it stand for some minutes.
  6. Decorate it with curly parsley and serve it.
