Shrimp Cocktail

Ingredients for 6 portions:
- 50gr of Ginos lyophilized shrimps (COD. 05005).

Salsa Cocktail:
- 200 gr mayonnaise (COD. 03222),

- 20 gr Tomato paste (COD. 04008),
- 5 drops of Worcester or Tabasco,
- 10 ml Brandy,
- Some lemon drops,
- Sweet paprika or chili pepper to your liking.


  1. Rehydrate the lyophilized shrimps in cold water for 5 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, prepare the cocktail sauce: blend and whip the mayonnaise, the tomato paste and all the other necessary ingredients until the sauce is smooth and homogeneous.
  3. Drip the shrimps and add them lightly to the fresh-made sauce.
  4. Serve it on lettuce leaves or as an alternative, pour it in some glasses on a bed of mixed salad and julienne cut lettuce.
  5. Sprinkle it with powdered chili pepper or sweet paprika.
  6. Garnish it with shrimp tails.
