Shrimp Cocktail
Ingredients for 6 portions:
- 50gr of Ginos lyophilized shrimps (COD. 05005).
Salsa Cocktail:
- 200 gr mayonnaise (COD. 03222),
- 20 gr Tomato paste (COD. 04008),
- 5 drops of Worcester or Tabasco,
- 10 ml Brandy,
- Some lemon drops,
- Sweet paprika or chili pepper to your liking.
- Rehydrate the lyophilized shrimps in cold water for 5 minutes.
- In the meantime, prepare the cocktail sauce: blend and whip the mayonnaise, the tomato paste and all the other necessary ingredients until the sauce is smooth and homogeneous.
- Drip the shrimps and add them lightly to the fresh-made sauce.
- Serve it on lettuce leaves or as an alternative, pour it in some glasses on a bed of mixed salad and julienne cut lettuce.
- Sprinkle it with powdered chili pepper or sweet paprika.
- Garnish it with shrimp tails.
