Beef baskets
Ingredients:
- 12 thinly cut beef slices,
- 800 g minced meat,
- 400 g “Frescovivo” ceps with cream (COD. 08045),
- 200 g cheese cream (COD. 03201).
- Put the finely minced beef meat, the “Frescovivo” mushrooms and the cheese cream in a steel bowl, add a pinch of salt and pepper, mix it and let it rest.
- Cover a ceramic cup (8-10 cm diameter) with a thinly cut beef slice, add the mixture and close it with the edges of the beef steak.
- Turn the cup upside down on a serving trayand decorate the basket with aromatic herbs.
Cooking Times:
Bake it in the oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
Notes:
“Frescovivo ceps with cream” (Cod. 08-045) allows you to obtain a mixture with the typical taste and aroma of ceps and it guarantees you an excellent result.
