Chicken strips

Ingredients:
- 1 kg chicken breast,
- 500 g “Capriccio alla zingara” (COD. 01334),
- q.s. salt and pepper.


  1. Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices obliquely to obtain slim meat stripes.
  2. Add the ”Capriccio alla zingara” vegetable mixture, a pinch of salt and pepper and mix it lightly. Dish it up and garnish it with some parsley sprigs.

    Cooking Times:     
    Toss the chicken stripes in a already hot non-stick pan for 7-8 minutes.

    Notes:
    The oil contained in the “Capriccio alla Zingara” vegetable mixture, flavours the meat and it behaves as an antioxidant: it makes the meat shiny and it fosters its conservation.
