Ingredients for 24 hamburgers:
- 2 kg finely minced meat,
- 800 g Radicchio cream (COD. 03205),
- 400 g Cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- 350 g breadcrumbs,
- q.s. salt and pepper.
Cooking times:
Toss the chicken breasts in non-stick pan for 7-8 minutes keeping it covered with the lid in order to maintain the meat soft.
Notes:
The oil contained in the Radicchio cream behaves as an antioxidant: it makes the hamburgers shiny and it fosters their conservation.
