Meat nests
Ingredients:
- 600 g finely minced meat,
- 2 eggs,
- 100 g parmesan cheese,
- q.s. salt and pepper,
- q.s. colored breadcrumbs,
- 400 g Grancreme Ginos.
- Knead the minced meat with the eggs and the grated Parmesan cheese, adding a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Once obtained a homogeneous mixture, create some 100g meat balls paying attention to realize a hollow at the heart of each ball using the thumb.
- Daub the nests on the coloured breadcrumbs in such a way as the crumbs stick to the meat and arrange them on a tray.
Proceed with the nests stuffing with the diverse Ginos creams to obtain a coloured outcome. - Finally garnish with parsley and rosemary leaves.
Cooking Times:
Cook the nests on a non-stick baking tray at 180°C for 15 minutes.
