Meat rolls

Ingredients for 8/10 meat rolls:
- 1 kg minced beef meat,
- 500 g peppers cream (COD. 03229),
- 500 g griled onion rings (COD. 01235),
- 300 g cheese slices,
- q.s. salt and pepper.


  1. Arrange the finely minced meat on a greaseproof paper, place the appropriate rectangular steel mold and put another greaseproof o the minced meat.
  2. Level it using a rolling pin in order to obtain a 0.5 cm thickness, take away the second paper and garnish it with the peppers cream, some cheese sliced and onion rings.
  3. Roll it up until you obtain  a compact cylinder.
  4. Envelop it in greaseproof paper, tie the roll with a twine with a twine round on each 5 cm.
  5. Finally portion it cutting it between the bindings.
Cooking Times:
Bake it in a pre-heated oven at 180° for 10 minutes.
