Pork loin bags
Ingredients for 12 bags:
- 12 pork loin slices,
- 12 ham slices,
- 12 cheese slices,
- 500 g sautéed champignons with ceps mushrooms (COD. 08103).
- Pund the pork loin slices until you obtain 1 cm thickness.
- Garnish each of them by adding a ham slice, a cheese slice and a spoonful of champignons mushrooms at the heart of each loin “case”.
- Fold the meat slices and fix it with 3 toothpicks. Finally garnish it to taste and serve it.
Cooking Times:
Toss them in non-stick pan for 7-8 minutes over a moderate flame.
