Sandwiches

Ingredients for 12 sanwiches:
- 1 kg finely minced beef meat,
- 200 g cheese cream (COD. 03201),
- 500 g “Millefunghi” mushrooms cream (COD. 03240),
- 200 g ham slices,
- q.b. salt and pepper.

  1. Mince the beef meat twice using a 4 mm perforations mincer, add a pinch of salt and knead it until you obtain a homogeneous mixture giving it the shape of a squared tile.
  2. Arrange the meat tile on the greaseproof paper and prepare the mold for sandwiches.
  3. Divide the tile in 2 parts and level them using a rolling pin to obtain a 1cm thickness.
  4. Garnish the first meat tile spreading some cheese cream on its surface.
  5. Cover the cream layer with some ham slices and add some “Millefunghi” mushrooms cream.
    Arrange the second meat tile (1 cm thick) on it and portion it into triangles.

    Cooking times:
    Cook it for 10 minutes in a non-stick pan over an high flame or in a pre-heated oven at 180°C.

    Notes:
    We suggest you to use the appropriate sandwich mold in order to realize them more easily and fastly.
