PIZZA "AQUILEIA"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- "Friarielli" turnip tops (COD. 01230),
- Grilled champignon caps (COD. 01107),
- Extra-fine tomato pulp (COD. 04012).
Prepare the pizza pastry disc and lay 100 g of extra-fine tomato pul down on it.
Add some Mozzarella slices and the friarielli and garnish it with six grilled champignon caps.
Bake it in the oven and complete it by adding some slices of smoked bacon.
