PIZZA "BELLAGIO"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- "Roman style" Chicory tips (COD. 01023),
- Salted capers (COD. 01310).
Spread out the pizza pastry and create a pastry-disc.
Garnish it with mozzarella cubes, Taleggio cheese slices, some bits of buffalo mozzarella, "Roman style" chicory tips and some capers and bake it in the oven.
Once the pizza is cooked, garnish it with bacon or stiped lard slices.
