PIZZA "BOLGHERI"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- "Pomofinissimo" tomato Puree (COD. 04002),
- "Peperondolce" sweet peppers (COD. 01204),
- "La regina" grilled onion rings (COD. 01235).
Roll out the pastry, create a disc for the pizza and pour 50 g of tomato puree on it.
Complete the garnishment by adding mozzarella, "Peperondolce" fillets, grilled onion rings and sausage bits.
Bake it in the oven for some minutes. Once cooked, sprinkle it wit minced parsley.
