PIZZA "CERVINIA"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Mushrooms mix (COD. 08014),
- Chestnuts in honey (COD. 09001).
Prepare the pizza pastry and roll it out.
Add the other ingredients following this order: mozzarella cubes and mixed mushrooms and bake it in the oven.
Finally garnish it with some chestnuts in honey, a slice of speck and a fresh parsley sprig.
