PIZZA "JESI"

Ginos products needed for the preparation:

- Salmon cream (COD. 03211),
- "Caramelle dell'orto" - baby onions in Balsamic vinegar glaze (COD. 01233).

Dilute 50 g of salmon cream with 50 ml of fresh cream or double cream and pour it on the pastry disc.
Add the mozzarella cubes and bake it in the oven.
Once cooked, add the fresh salmon sllices and some "Caramelle dell'orto" baby onions.
Decorate it with the balsamic vinegar glaze and some minced pasrley or chives.
