PIZZA "PORTOFINO"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- "Pomofinissimo" tomato puree (COD. 04002),
- "Il Bebè" pomo confitè (COD. 01039),
- Pesto sauce (COD. 03213),
- "Rocca del colle" e.v.o. oil (COD. 02201).
Spread out the pizza pastry creating a pastry disc and cover it with 50g of "Pomofinissimo".
Arrange 8 "Bebè" pomo confitè on it (one for each slice).
Put a whole garlic clove and a "Bebè" in the centre of the pizza and bake it in the oven.
Once cooked, garnish it with fresh "Stracciatella cheese", raw ham slices and basil leaves.
Finally diluite some pesto sauce with "Rocca del Colle" e.v.o oil and use it to decorate the pizza.
