PIZZA "POSITANO"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- "Pomofinissimo" extra-fine tomato pulp (COD. 04002),
- "O sole mio" semidry tomatoes (COD. 01015),
- Top quality anchovies fillets (COD. 05015),
- "Rocca del colle" e.v.o. oil (COD. 02201).
Prepare the pastry disc and garnish it with the ingredients following this order: 100g of Extra-fine tomato pulp, buffalo mozzarela cubes, 6 "O sole mio" semidry tomatoes and a garlic clove in the centre.
Bake it in the pre-heated oven for some minutes.
Once cooked, add the anchovies fillets and two basil leaves.
Complete it with some e.v.o. oil drops.
