PIZZA "SESTRIERE"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Extra-fine tomato pulp (COD. 04012),
- Top Quality Anchovies fillets (COD. 05015),
- "Peperondolce" - sweet peppers (COD. 01204).
Spread out the pastry and create a pizza disc.
Add 100 g of Extra-fine tomato pulp, minced mozzarella, sweet "Scamoraza" cheese and finally some red/yellow sweet peppers fillets.
Bake it and garnish it with 6 anchovies fillets and a sprinkle of minced parsley.
