PIZZA "TIVOLI"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Artichokes cream (COD. 03216),
- "Roman style" artichokes (COD. 01214).
Pour a spoonful of artichokes cream on the pastry-disc.
Add the mozzarella cubes, some pieces of Gorgonzola cheese and some "Roma-style" artichokes wedges and bake it in the oven.
Once cooked garnish it by arranging a slice of ham in the centre and some Parmigiano slivers.
Sprinkle it with fresh minced parsley and serve it.
