PIZZA "TROPEA"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- "Concassè" - chopped dry tomatoes (COD. 01006),
- "Della riviera" pitted olives (COD. 01346),
- Extra-fine Tomato pulp (COD. 04012),
- "Rocca del Colle" spicy e.v.o. oil (COD. 02206).
Prepare the pizza pastry creating a pastry-disc and pour 100 g of extra-fine tomato pulp on it.
Garnish with mozzarella cubes, spicy tomatoes slices, "Della riviera" pitted olives and chopped dry tomatoes.
Bake it in the oven and add some drops of spicy e.v.o. oil.
