PIZZA "VIESTE"
Ginos products needed for the preparation:
- Top Quality anchovies fillets (COD. 05015),
- Broccoli cream (COD. 03246),
- "Rocca del colle" e.v.o. oil (COD. 02201).
Spread out the pizza pastry and arrange 3 anchovies fillets on it and cover it with a layer of broccoli cream.
Add the mozzarella cubes and a half cut garlic clove in the centre and bake it.
Once cooked, decorate it with 3-4 anchovies fillets, fresh minced chili peppers and some drops of e.v.o. oil.
