Beans mix and pesto sauce

Ingredients:
- Turkey breast slices,
- 100 g Ginos "Cannellini beans" (COD. 01317),
- 40 g Ginos "Red Kidney" beans (COD. 01319),
- 60 g Ginos "Borlotti" beans (COD. 01324),
- Ginos cherry tomatoes with herbs (COD. 01012),
- Ginos "O sole mio" tomatoes (COD. 01015),
- Ginos Pesto sauce (COD. 03213),
- Basil,
- Extra Virgin olive oil (COD. 02201),
- Black pepper as required.

  1. Open and drain three different kind of beans and put them together in a bowl.

  2. Create a mixture with two spoonful of extra Virgin olive oil and a spoonful of "Pesto" sauce.

  3. Whisk them using a blender and allow it to stand in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  4. Season the beans with the obtained mixture and some black pepper paying attention not to break the beans.

  5. Drain the tomatoes and put some pesto sauce on them.

  6. Drain the "O sole mio" tomatoes and put them aside.

  7. Roll up the turkey slice obtaining a cylinder shape and cut it into halves.

Compose the plate in this way:
1. Place a basil leaf on a square plate and put a "O sole mio" tomato on it.
2. Pour some beans mixture in a ceramic spoon and lay it down on the plate and add some pesto drops on it.
3. Arrange both the turkey cylinders on a side and garnish them with a seasoned cherry tomato.
4. Decorate it with some chives blades.
