Between the clouds
Ingredients:
- Bread for croutons,
- 1 lettuce head,
- 1 sliced boiled potato,
- 1 boiled green beans bunch,
- 1 hard-boiled egg,
- 2 Ginos "O sole mio" tomatoes (COD. 01015),
- Ginos Yellowfin tuna (COD. 05011),
- 2 Ginos dried tomatoes (COD. 01032),
- 5 Ginos pitted black olives (COD. 01306),
- 3 Ginos anchovies in oil (COD. 05015),
- 4 Ginos caper fruits (COD. 99019),
- Extra virgin olive oil (COD. 02201), white wine vinegar and oregano as required.
Grill the bread.
Shell the egg and cut it with the egg-cutter.
Open and drain a tin of "O sole mio", Yellowfin tuna, dried tomatoes, pitted olives, anchovies and caper fruits.
Compose the plate in this way:
Place a grilled slice of bread in the centre of the plate and overlay the ingredients following this order:
Lettuce, hard-boiled egg slice, "O sole mio" tomato, potato slice, anchovy, tuna filet, green bean, dried tomato, caper fruit, black olive, lettuce leaf, "O sole mio" tomato, hard-boiled egg slice,drain tomato, black olive and finally pierce it with a skewer.
You can cover the wood skewer with a chives blade.
Season with a misture of extra virgin olive oil and vinegar or with vinegar glaze and sprinkle it with oregano.
