Ingredients:
- 1 lemon,
- 50 g Brie Président cheese,
- 2 radishes,
- 1 green salad head,
- Ginos "Mai visto" Porcini mushrooms (COD. 08039),
- Extra virgin olive oil (COD. 02201).
Open and drain a tin of "Mai visto" Porcini mushrooms.
Cut the Brie Président into cubes.
Shave a lemon peel using the grater in order to obtain a fine powder.
Slice the radishes thinly using a grater and conserve them in a bowling with water and ice.
Compose the plate in this way:
1. Arrange a salad bush tuft on the plate, place the cheese cubes, the radishes slices and the Porcini mushrooms, covering party the salad.
2. Garnish with a stripe of lemon powder and season with extra virgin olive oil.
