Ingredients:
- 1 green curly salad head,
- 1 carrot,
- 1 celery,
- 1 tin of Ginos Red Kidney beans (COD. 01319),
- 1 package of Ginos tuna fillets (COD. 05011),
- 1 tin of Ginos Red onions (COD. 01037),
- Extra-virgin olive oil (COD. 02201), salt and pepper as required.
Take the salad head and peel it off manually. Remove the celery leaves, wash it and peel it, obtaining some strings of the same length.
Peel the carrot and cut it into extremely thin strips.
Open a tin of Red Kidney Beans, one of red onions and a package of tuna fillets and drain them.
Cut the tuna fillets into medium-sized cubes. and cut the red onions into rings.
Compose the dish following these instructions:
1. Create a layer of curly salad, place the tuna cubes on it, spaced out by the red onion rings.
2. Put the carrots in a ceramic bowl and put some Red Kidney beans down on them.
3. Season it with salt, extra virgin olive oil and decorate with celery stems as a “pinzimonio”.
