BELLAVISTA Roast pork loin
Ingredients for 10 portions:
- 250 g Ginos “O sole mio” tomatoes (COD. 01015),
- 700 g pork loin,
- Ginos Modena balsamic vinegar glaze (COD. 02209),
- Ginos aromatic seasonings for grill (COD. 02102),
- Extra virgin olive oil,
- Maldon salt.
- Flavour the pork loin with the aromatic seasonings for grill and brown it for few minutes with extra virgin olive oil until you obtain a homogeneous golden coloration.
- Add white wine and simmer until reduced and arrange in a pyrex dish.
- Cover it with a greaseproof-paper sheet and a tin foil layer and cook it at 90°C for 4 hours.
- Once cooked, cut the pork loin into thin slices and arrange them in a pyrex dish with short edges.
- Garnish with “O sole mio” tomatoes, arrange them on the sides of the pork loin, sprinkle it with Maldon salt and decorate with a salad mix and Modena balsamic vinegar cream.
