Mediterranean dream
Ingredients for 4 portions:
- 4 fillets of sea bream,
- 2 Ginos anchovies in extra virgin oil (COD. 05006),
- 100 g Ginos pitted Riviera olives (COD. 01346),
- 20 g Ginos capers in salt (COD. 01310),
- 100 g Ginos tomato sauce with olive oil (COD. 03007),
- 100 g Ginos "Il Bebè" peeled semidried tomatoes (COD. 01039),
- Oregano to taste.
- Prepare a fund with anchovies, capers, olives and let fry a few minutes on low heat.
- Add the tomato sauce and baby tomatoes Ginos, bring to boiling point for some minutes adding at the end a bit of oregano.
- Cut the fairy paper, insert the raw fillet of sea bream inside and sprinkle with the Mediterranean stew just prepared.
- Seal the bag and bake it in the oven for 8/10 minutes at 180°C.
- Take it off from the oven and from the cooking film and serve.
